The Lord Howe Island Board has introduced a new financial management system to support the administration of Board charges and notices.

What is changing

From September 2026:

• rates assessment notices and electricity tax invoices may be issued electronically
• if you currently receive invoices from the Board by email your assessment notices will be issued to this email going forward, unless you request otherwise. Notices will be delivered electronically and paper copies will only generate if delivery to your email address fails.
• if you haven’t registered an email address for invoices you can do so using the electronic billing form. 

This form can be submitted multiple times If you receive more than one notice. 

You can find your account number on your Lord Howe Island Board notice or invoice.
