Community members are invited to an information session on Phytophthora at the Community Hall on Tuesday 17 September from 4-5:30pm.

The session will be presented by Professor Brett Summerell, Chief Scientist and Director of Science, Education and Conservation – Botanic Gardens of Sydney.

You will be equipped with knowledge to understand:

• What is Phytophthora?
• What risks does it pose to the natural environment and agriculture on Lord Howe Island
• What can be done to minimise spread
