In July we bid farewell to Greg Higgins after 35 years of service for LHIB. 

As LHIB’s Senior Electrician, Greg was a much trusted and valued staff member whose contribution made significant impacts on both LHIB and the community. 

During his tenure, he was pivotal in the relocation of the powerhouse to the existing site, and assisting with the solar farm development as an additional energy source.

Greg was always dependable during emergencies, storms, and outages, keeping businesses and households functioning.

We wish Greg and Leonie all the best in retirement.
