Applications open for part-time LHIB Executive Assistant

LHIB is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Senior Executive team in a job share appointment. The part-time (2 days/ 15.2 hrs a week) opportunity is a temporary position, ending April 2025.

About the role

In this challenging but rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for all Senior Executive administrative support services.

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with several Senior Executives, primarily the LHIB CEO. 

You’ll provide a range of executive support services including diary, records and correspondence management, document preparation, meeting scheduling and support including: minutes, agendas, travel, catering and accommodation arrangements. 

In this diverse role, no two days will be the same. You will join a friendly work environment and be supported by a close-knit team.

About you

You’re an excellent communicator who is responsive and thrives in a fast-paced busy environment with changing priorities. 

You take the initiative to complete all tasks, big or small and enjoy providing a high level of service to clients, stakeholders, and Senior Executives.  

You can exercise confidentiality when dealing with sensitive topics and can build trusted professional relationships.

Essential requirements

  • Experience providing support for executive management
  • High level computer skills, particular the use of Microsoft Office suite
