Works will commence next week on the reconstruction and sealing of Anderson Road between the Powerhouse and Middle Beach Road. The road will be closed to vehicles, bikes, and pedestrians during certain stages of works.

Work will start on Tuesday 17 September and continue for an estimated six weeks. Weather may affect these timeframes. Full road closure may be in effect for several days at a time. A householder will be released next week with approximate timeframes of the full closure. 

Every effort will be made to allow half-road closures so businesses, residents, and emergency services have access to residences along this section of road. Residents and businesses will be contacted in the coming days to discuss movements.
