The NSW Government has announced funding for Round 5 of the Stronger Country Communities Fund (SCCF). Round Five is open to regional councils and joint organisations, eligible community organisations and Local Aboriginal Land Councils.

The Board and community organisations have been successful in receiving funding in previous rounds of the SCCF.  This has funded projects such as the old powerhouse amphitheatre, upgrades to the bowling club and golf club, and the foreshore fitness trail.

Round 5 applications are open to both local government and to community organisations.  Community organisations are encouraged to apply directly for funding.  The Board will also be considering a number of projects for submission.  Suggestions for Board projects are welcome from the community, and can be emailed to [email protected](link sends e-mail)
