A short survey is open for community members to provide feedback on LHIB’s draft Stakeholder Engagement Strategy.

When the survey closes, your feedback will be reflected in the finalised Strategy which will be presented to the Board for adoption across LHIB.

What is the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy?
The Strategy will guide LHIB’s approach to stakeholder engagement.

Importantly, it identifies different levels of engagement that may be used depending on the purpose- from providing information to seeking feedback (consultation) and collaborative initiatives.

The Strategy includes an action plan with a range of activities and projects that we aim to engage with our stakeholders on over the next 12 months. Your feedback is welcome on the action plan as well as the strategy.
