A KPMG planning specialist will visit the Island on 26 and 27 March and will be available to give a comprehensive overview of the development application process and NSW Planning Portal. 

This is an opportunity for all residents who would like to better understand the Development Application process and associated procedures and the NSW Planning Portal.

This initiative has resulted from recommendations in the Independent Efficiency and Effectiveness Review report delivered to the LHIB in 2022. It aims to assist our community to navigate the development application process effectively.
