Householder – Expression of Interest open for casual Field Officers

Primary Purpose of the role
Field Officers undertake construction, maintenance and improvements to facilities and ground areas including the aerodrome, buildings, roads, signs, public areas, fences, walking tracks and operate and maintain plant and equipment, to ensure the public have access to high quality and safe facilities.

They also undertake pest and weed management activities and revegetation / rehabilitation of degraded areas to ensure the natural and cultural heritage is preserved.

Casual work opportunities exist within both the Board’s Environment Services team and the Infrastructure and Engineering Services (IES) team. Applicants may express preference for work opportunities with either unit or with both.
