Board Meetings at the Public Hall – public attendance
The health and wellbeing of our community is of utmost importance and the Board is closely monitoring the advice and adhering to the directives of public health agencies on Coronavirus (COVID 19).
With effect from 19 June 2020, consistent with current directions related to social distancing and COVIDSafe guidance, we have implemented the following safety measures for Board Meetings:
Social distancing measures in the Public Hall
Hall configuration has been temporarily changed to accommodate required social distancing measures. The 4 square metre per 1 person and 1.5 metre social distancing rules remain in place and are being used to guide public gallery numbers.
We are permitting a maximum of twenty members of the public to attend the meeting in the Public Hall. Speakers may attend the meeting to address the Board with attendance by other members of the public managed on a first come, first served basis.
Remote meeting attendance facilities available for Board Members and Staff
We continue to make available remote meeting attendance technology for all Board Members and staff.
