The Lord Howe Island Board will meet on Tuesday 26 May 2020.
The meeting will be held at the Lord Howe Island Community Hall with mainland based Board Members joining by teleconference. Due to the current Public Health Orders restricting gatherings and movement it is not possible for this meeting to be open for attendance by members of the public in the usual fashion.
The meeting agenda and open papers are available on the Lord Howe Island Board website.
As per usual practice the Board will accept questions from members of the public with respect to any matter relating to the operations of the Board apart from those matters which would normally be kept confidential. Questions for this meeting must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 pm Friday 22 May 2020.
In addition members of the public wishing to address the meeting on any agenda item are also requested to submit their interest in writing by 4:30pm Friday 22 May 2020.

The Board will review submissions and endeavour to accommodate persons to attend the meeting on an individual basis in relation to specific matters as appropriate.
At the April 2020 meeting a question on notice was submitted in relation to item 12(i) Rodent Eradication Project Update, specifically in regard to management of the project budget. The Chair noted an action agreed to by Board Members that the Administration prepare a public response to the question and the reply as minuted, for further clarification to the community.
