From Monday 12 July 2021, all workplaces in NSW are required to implement electronic COVID check-in via the Service NSW system for staff, visitors and members of the community.
This means, every time you visit the LHIB Administration offices, Liquor Store or Waste Management Facility (WMF), you will need to check-in by typing your name and number details into the Covid Check-in page on the Service NSW website, using the tablet computers supplied at each location.
Please be aware, the Liquor Store and the WMF have separate check-in pages, so if you must check in separately again.
The information collected at check-in is provided directly to Service NSW and will be stored for 28 days. It will be used for COVID contact tracing if required. The information is not provided to LHIB.
