Register of Government Contracts

In accordance with Section 27 of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act), the Lord Howe Island Board is required to maintain a register that records information about  each government contract which has (or is likely to have) a value of $150,000 or more.

As such contracts are established, the Lord Howe Island Board will publish the details in the register below.

The information will include details on the name of the contractor and any related company involved in the contract, the start date and duration of the contract, the goods and services to be provided under the contract, the amount payable to the contractor, any renegotiation provisions, tender methods if applicable, and any payment provisions for operational or maintenance services under the contract.
